Angela Feiring, DVM

Dr. Feiring was born and raised in Richmond, VA. She earned a B.S. in biology in 2015 from Hollins University, a small liberal arts college in Roanoke, VA where she actively participated in the riding program. After graduating from Hollins, she worked as a veterinary assistant at Deer Creek Equine Clinic until she got accepted into vet school. Dr. Feiring earned her MVB at the University College Dublin (UCD) in Dublin, Ireland in June 2020. After completing her veterinary degree, she moved back to the US and started an equine internship at McKinlay and Peters Equine Hospital (MPEH) in Spokane, WA. At MPEH she experienced a wide variety of cases across a broad range of disciplines from simple lacerations to complex medical and surgical cases.After completing her internship, Dr. Feiring moved back to Virginia and is excited to return to Deer Creek as a staff veterinarian. Dr. Feiring loves the variety of general practice, with a keen interest in podiatry and dentistry.
In her spare time Dr. Feiring enjoys reading, swimming, crafts, and riding when she gets the chance. She also loves spending time with her family and friends and walking the dogs, Esca and Remington.
