Ashley Oliver

Ashley has spent her life working with horses and brings extensive equine, veterinary and client service experience to her role at Deer Creek.  Her family ran a cattle and egg farm in Crewe, Va, and her father instilled a love for horses at an early age.  She developed a deep understanding of horse care early on in her life and later built several years of hands-on experience in veterinary medicine. Her equestrian background spans multiple disciplines, including dressage, hunters, jumpers, eventing, endurance and competitive trail riding.  A certified riding instructor since 2008, Ashley is known for her ability to communicate clearly with clients and support both horses and their people, helping them feel confident and informed.  She also volunteers at Virginia Equine Welfare Society in Ashland Va, helping horses find their forever homes.  In her free time she loves kayaking on the James river in Richmond with her dog Anna.  Photo credit: Becky Pearman Photography
